Job Description

Banking Solicitor, Birmingham A well established Top 100 firm in the heart of the West Midlands is offering the opportunity for a talented Banking Solicitor to join their Birmingham based team to cover a period of maternity leave. The caseload consists of both secured and defended unsecured debt recovery matters, and will provide the opportunity to have a high level of contact with both debtors and clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, have up to 3 years PQE and a strong understanding of the whole litigation process, having previously worked within the field of banking and debt recovery. The role has reporting requirements so proficiency in excel is essential, as are strong time management and organisational skills. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful individual to work in a highly respected practice.
