Excellent opportunity for a Banking Paralegal to join a busy and demanding banking and finance team of a top 6 firm in Leeds.
The key responsibilities will include ensuring registrations and securities with company house, preparation and distribution of bibling documents. Deal management, completing documents from precedents to complete the deal.

the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, professional and interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of general banking principles.
strong academics are a must, minimum 2.1 and the candidate must has had at least 2 years experience with a commercial firm.
