My client is an award winning financial services organisation that has a reputation for providing outstanding services to its business clients.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced, Associate Director level, lawyer, to manage a small team. You will work closely with the property deal originators assisting them in managing complex credit facilities, reviewing a range of legal documents ranging from legal opinions, joint venture agreements, duty of care letters, collateral warranties, surveyors reports and valuations. You will have to ensure documentation is consistent with LMA standards and ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience including knowledge of hedging, swaps, derivatives, loan trading and syndications.
This is a unique and rare opportunity for a banking lawyer seeking to move into in house or an established in house lawyer who is looking for a fresh challenge.
