The Paralegal taking up this position will have a daily remit at this leading Birmingham firm will give you a full exposure to a whole range of fee-earning banking legal work in a leading heavyweight team. You will have lots of client interaction and finely hone your knowledge of transactional banking practice. It is ideal for a parelegal with around 6 months fee earning experience in practice to take the next step in their career, whether the ultimate aim be a training contract or to continue as a career paralegal.
The firm will be unleashing you to:
-Accurately register securities
-Contribue to completion meetings
-Enforce conditions set out in loan agreements
-Diligently perform Companies House searches
Experience in corporate and banking is a very slight advantage; practice experience is a must.
