Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious assistant/associate to join this leading team - cutting edge advisory work on offer coupled with a superb lead Partner and genuine career prospects.

My client has a leading business restructuring and turnaround team which is looking to bolster its team with an additional recruit circa 3 - 6 years' PQE. You will be involved in highly profitable and big ticket matters such as refinancing, trade sale of shares/businesses, MBOs and disposals of debt/equity to third parties.

You will be working with trade buyers, high net worth individuals, banks, lenders, shareholders and directors prior to formal insolvency procedures to maximise value and turnaround a company.

You will be working closely with your traditional Corporate and Banking colleagues and possess strong business acumen to build relationships both externally and internally.

This is a niche team which is rapidly growing and carving out a great name for itself nationally. You maybe presently handle restructuring matters or presently a corporate or banking solicitor looking to re-train into this exciting and highly profitable team.
