Interested in Banking law? This role is offering a newly qualified the opportunity to specialise in this highly specialist niche area of law.

The Banking team provides exceptional services to clients in the financial sector and wishes to recruit an additional assistant into their leading team. As a newly qualified joining this team, you will be given first class training and development in a friendly and supportive environment. You will also have exposure to a varied banking caseload including:

* Advising banks and financial institutions on funding for mergers and acquisitions, buy-ins and buy-outs.
* Acting on bilateral and syndicated facilities to RSLs for lenders and borrowers.
* ABL
* Real estate finance
