This developing firm have made a seamless transition from a regional to a national law firm – expanding both their geographical presence and their service offerings.
The Corporate team is currently looking to expand the lender practice and now requires a suitably qualified (6+ PQE) Banking Associate/Partner to join the team and help to develop the banking practice in the south, comprising Hampshire and Thames Valley regions.
You will be involved with the strategic development and direction of the division, whilst undertaking general corporate banking, project and property finance assignments. Additionally, the post holder will support the banking practice outside these geographical regions, utilising your experience in acquisition, project, finance and banking law.
Candidates will need to be qualified legal professionals boasting comprehensive banking experience. A natural communicator, you will have the ability to effortlessly liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority. Any previous experience in business development and marketing activities would be highly advantageous.
