Our client is a rare breed , they are a commercial firm with an innovative legal offering in the Manchester market. To add to their existing team they wish to hire a 1-4 year PQE corporate/commercial solicitor. You will work alongside the existing team to draft and negotiate contracts on behalf of commercial clients including house hold names and recognised media professionals. You will also be involved in corporate transactions across a range of industry sectors. Applicants should have experience of both corporate and commercial work, the desire to work within an award winning team and above all an approach focused on professionalism and integrity. On offer is a basic salary between £36k - £54k,bonus, contributory pension, regular events organised by the social committee and amongst other things, performance car options.
