An experienced Banking and Finance Lawyer is sought to join the Newcastle offices of our well established client.
The role will involve drafting and negotiation of loan documentation and security documents relating to acquisition, development and general working capital finance. The successful candidate will work along side the PI team in relation to the PPP/PFI scheme, advising management buy out teams on their banking arrangements. They will also advise corporate and individual clients on their banking arrangements, including personal guarantees.
In addition candidates must have the ability to contribute to the marketing and growth of the team's clients.
