Job Description

Team described as "head and shoulders above its rivals", continues to grow, which is good news for an experienced Banking lawyer of the highest pedigree who wants to be part of this success story. The role needs experience of general corporate banking including acquisition finance, syndicated lending, securitisation, and asset finance. The client base is wide ranging, a mixture of leading clearing and investment banks, borrowers, investors and insurers. To succeed, you need a good academic background, a commercial "hands on" approach and excellent client handling skills. The ideal candidate will have gained at least two years' experience of general banking work within a leading City or regional practice.
