Job Description

Our client, a legal 500 firm with a reputable banking unit wishes to add a further solicitor to their team. We are looking for a solicitor with at least two years experience of Banking work, able to work both independently and also assist senior team members. Strong networking skills will be an advantage.

Our client requires a minimum of 2 years PQE or equivalent and extensive experience in banking or corporate law from either a renowned law firm, blue chip organisation or top tier banking organisation. Experience is the area of structured finance would be particularly beneficial for this role.

The role will involve advisory and due diligence work as well as transactional and project work. There will be extensive liaison with the internal business, especially asset and investment managers as well as with external counsel.

We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
