An award winning leading UK practice with a global reach, are looking to recruit up to three private equity lawyers who have from 3 years+ PQE to join their London Corporate Group.
They have a leading UK private equity practice which operates nationally with strong teams in London and other metropolitan centres.
They act on all aspects of private equity transactions for a mix of:
· Private equity houses
· Private equity-backed companies
· Management teams
Clients benefit from the experience, skills and contacts they have gained by acting on all sides of private equity transactions of all sizes, from venture capital to large leveraged buy-outs. They have developed sophisticated project management systems and they know they can deliver projects on time and to agreed budgets.
This is the philosophy that has driven the sector-focused development of my client and has seen them build multi-discipline teams expert in a number of sectors which ensures their advice to clients is in context and sensitive to their market.
The successful candidates will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
They will be team players with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
