Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to join a successful and well established law firm based in London!
The successful candidate will join the thriving Structured & Asset Finance Banking team at Bank Street on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a team player, have a high level of initiative and a willingness to learn. The role will involve contact with various internal and external clients therefore excellent communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills are essential. It is essential that the candidate hold a previous knowledge and experience of general Banking principles and demonstrates an ability to pick things up quickly. In addition the candidate must be computer literate, have a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and be working towards or have completed the LPC.
Responsibilities
· Proofreading documents
· Basic drafting
· Distributing draft documents to clients and external parties
· Managing conditions precedent exercise on deliveries of assets
· Assisting in organising closings
· Preparation and distribution of bibling documents on closings
· General administrative duties
