Brand new opportunity at this Top 20 International outfit. Their highly reputable leveraged finance group is looking to expand further with the hire of two mid-level lawyers.
Their Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team acts for banks, financial sponsors, mezzanine providers, institutional funds and corporates on both large and mid-market domestic and cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. Recent high profile transactions that the team have undertaken include acting for WestLB on the financing of Aston Martin, acting for SG on the Christian Salvesen public to private, acting for GE on the acquisition of Melita Cable in Malta by GMT Communications and acting for the pension trustees on the financing of the acquisition of Sainsbury's by Three Delta.
It is essential that candidates are team players with a strong academic background, committed to developing both professionally and personally. Enthusiasm for maintaining and developing client relationships is essential.
