What?
This City outfit and leading Top 20 international firm is looking to recruit two lawyers into their Leveraged Finance Group.
Suiting candidates with 3+ years pqe and ideally from a regarded department in London or a leading regional practice, you will need to demonstrate a positive, outgoing character and a committment to this area of practice. Here your considerable marketing and client management muscle can be finely honed as you will play a key role in marketing initiatives and maintaining and developing new clients.
Who?
This extremely respected team who have a reputation for being a happy ship and enjoying the best of both world - quality work and clients and very reasonable targets. They act for banks, financial sponsors, mezzanine providers, institutional funds and corporates on large and mid-market domestic and cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. The team has acted on several recent high profile transactions where household names have all been involved.
