The Firm
This is a highly commercial law firm with just over 20 partners. They are based in the city and have a very good reputation for corporate orientated work and as such dont cover an private client areas. Blackfriars or Waterloo are the mainline stations close making it easy to commute. It is then a short walk from Embankment station for the Underground.
The Role
Commercial litigation work that covers anti-trust/competition law, banking and financial services, company law, financial services, class actions, group litigation as well as insolvency amongst other areas.
Experience
A commercial litigation background is an advantage as is the ability to demonstrate experience within mediation and arbitration. Previous exposure to civil fraud is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have gained at least two or three years PQE, although all levels of experience will be considered. Particular interest will be paid to candidates with experience in Financial Services, Banking or Insolvency.
