CORPORATE COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - MIDDLESEX

Progressive 32 partner mid-tier firm seeks Corporate Company Commercial Solicitor 4 + PQE. Client base is a mix of institutional clients, plcs, SMEs and private individuals. The corporate and commercial team deals with matters ranging from mergers and acquistions, commercial work, and banking to real estate support. You will have the opportunity to get involved in two or more of these areas, depending on skills and experience. Our clients expect more than advice on the law - your role will be to help them meet their business objectives. The firm has invested heavily in its IT infrastructure and proficiency in this area is essential. Must have a good academic track records and 4 yrs + pqe gained within a City or large or mid-tier regional firm. You will have had direct client contact and run your own matters. A friendly focussed working environment, competitive salary package and client facing role.
