Fantastic opportunity with a Corporate international city Law firm for a corporate and Commercially minded Solicitor. You will have thorough experience in Tax, Mergers and acquisitions, commercial Property and Corporate finance. You will also be able to advise on related matters, such as shareholders agreements, UK or European Community trade marks to protect business trading style / corporate identity, data protection, and registration of internet & email domain names, as well as staff employment contracts.
