are now looking to recruit a number of experienced banking
projects lawyers to continue the growth of the team.
Successful candidates will work on international project
finance agreements and offtake arrangements.
The firm have been particularly prominent in the financing of telecommunications projects, transport
infrastructure, independent power plants, oil and gas fields,
mining, pipelines and industrial plants.
Their projects practice covers the following main sectors:
Defence
Education
Energy
Health
Oil, gas, petrochemicals and mining
Power generation
PPP/PFI
Project finance
Renewable energy
Transport
Waste to energy
Water
The Projects team is widely recognised as a leading practice and has won both recognition and several awards to attest to this fact.
