My client is a Top 100 international law firm with headquarters all over the world, employing over 290 partners and 1000 lawyers.
This is an opportunity for you to join their ranks as a Partner in the Banking and Finance group, based in Leeds.
This department has a breadth and depth of experience in domestic and international Banking and Finance, much valued by the banks, building societies, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers serviced by the firm.
Within the department, the Firm's specialist Restructuring team advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors and shareholders on high value complex restructurings, as well as on strategies for recovery and turnaround.
You will ideally be 5 years PQE+ with experience in one or more of leveraged/acquisition finance, real estate or project finance, gained within a highly regarded city or leading regional practise and possess a willingness to undertake a broad range of finance based work to an exceptional standard.
You will have strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of business development with an astute and professional approach to your work and those currently practicing as a Partner in this area within a recognised and highly regarded team will be of particular interest.
