My client a noted City practice are looking to recruit a solicitor for their Leveraged Finance group within the Banking and Finance department.
Candidates will ideally have between three and five years' experience in leveraged finance from a firm well-known in this area. However, they will consider applications from candidates outside this range with suitable skills and knowledge.
Candidates need to be positive, outgoing and willing to commit to specialise in leveraged finance.
Enthusiasm for maintaining and developing client relationships is essential.
Our Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team acts for banks, financial sponsors, mezzanine providers, institutional funds and corporates on both large and mid-market domestic and cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.
It is essential that candidates are team players with a strong academic background, committed to developing both professionally and personally.
