On behalf of this Top legal 50 law Firm, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking an Associate Solicitor to join the firms restructuring and insolvency team within the firm's London based financial group.
This well known client is a leading city law firm with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. The firm is based over several locations and is now looking to built upon a reputation for providing first class advice to many leading names within the Technology, Media, Telecoms and Real estate sectors.
Due to our client's rapid rate of successful growth, we are currently seeking an Insolvency / Restructuring Associate Solicitor with 3+ year's pqe. The successful applicant will be joining the firms restructuring and Insolvency team which acts on behalf of a large number of UK and European banks, investors and other stakeholders as well as many international accountancy practices. The work to be undertaken will be non-contentious with litigation matters being dealt with by dedicated litigation teams.
The ideal applicant will have a high level of relevant experience gained at a top city law firm or within a highly regarded restructuring, insolvency or banking department. The role will be principally insolvency, rather than restructuring role, however applicants with an adaptable approach as well as a strong interest in restructuring and distressed investing are encouraged to apply.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ year's UK PQE.
* Strong academic record.
* Sound insolvency / restructuring experience gained from within a high quality practice.
* Commercial outlook and
* Excellent people skills, drive and enthusiasm.
* Ability to handle client contact.
* Desire to be pro-actively involved in business development and marketing.
* Team player - able to work effectively in an established, close-knit team.

Start date ASAP
