My client is a highly rated City firm based in Bristol that offers excellent career opportunities, a friendly and vibrant working atmosphere and great quality work. Due to consistent growth, they are now looking for a Corporate Solicitor to support the Corporate Partner in the development and growth of the practice.
You will have an interesting and varied caseload and will develop useful skills in all aspects of corporate plc advice including equity capital markets work as well as general corporate finance work. Due to the nature of the work, you will have gained experience in a well recognised law firm and will have previous experience of equity capital markets.
The department has a great team atmosphere, the ideal person will be competent, client focused, amiable and a strong team player.
