Banking Solicitor, Partner Leeds - (Excellent Package) Our client, a highly respected national practice with a big presence in Leeds, is looking to recruit a banking partner for their Leeds team. The banking team has a breadth and depth of experience in domestic and international banking and finance much valued by the banks, building societies, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers that we advise. The team also boasts a specialist restructuring section which advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors and shareholders on high value complex restructurings, as well as on strategies for recovery and turnaround. The talented team of lawyers has an insight and appreciation of the needs and pressures of clients in the financial services sector. They are renowned for the quality and speed of delivery of advice, innovative thinking and a clear grasp of commercial issues.The team has been widely praised by peer reviews and independent commentators. Ideally you will have experience in one or more of leveraged/acquisition finance, real estate or project finance and be willing to undertake a broad range of finance work. Due to there being a good flow of work, commercial acumen and an understanding of business development are more important than a following and in return the successful candidate will be given a fantastic platform from which to grow their practice.
