An experienced Banking Lawyer is sought to join the Leeds offices of our well established client.
The firm advises banks, accountants, companies and individuals in relation to banking, restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency issues. We are looking to recruit an assistant to work in areas such as acquisition and structured finance, projects, property finance, capital markets, development finance, asset based finance and restructuring work.
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years post qualification experience and have experience within the areas above.
