As a result of change, growth and significant development this dynamic and ever growing 10 million turnover legal firm are looking to recruit a Finance Director. You will be required to manage all aspects of finance for the firm and it's partners, along with ensuring all compliance matters are met whilst maximising the profitability of the firm. The role will be part of the core management team and will embrace implementation and development of meaningful management information to underpin growth. Your duties will include management of the finance team, management and monitoring expenditure and budgets along with management of departmental target and money laundering Practices. You will also have an excellent understanding of the solicitor's accounts rules as well as management accounts experience within a law firm or professional services office. You will be competent with IT and have second to none organisational skills along with experience of reducing costs whilst maintaining service and quality.
