Law Costs Draftsman Burnley - up to £27k
Our client are specialists in the Personal Injury sector. They use the latest technology and the best Fee Earners to provide a speedy resolution to personal injury claims.
An experienced Costs Draftsman is required to work in a busy, progressive in house department. Candidates must have experience of drafting bills, PODs, Replies and Negotiation. Knowledge of case management systems would be a benefit.
Applications are sought from candidates who have worked in a similar previous position and are fully capable of dealing with drafting and negotiating. In order to carry out this role efficiently, it is essential that candidates possess a commercial awareness and have practical experience in drafting bills of costs and negotiating settlement of costs. Experience of working within a Personal Injury team is desirable although not an essential requirement.
We are looking for a candidate who has the passion and the determination to drive this department forward.
