1-3yrs PQE Corporate Finance Solicitor / Jersey / Channel Islands
Our client is a leading Channel Islands law firm whose main office is based in Jersey. They currently have job vacancies for 1-3yrs qualified Solicitors in their Corporate Finance team.
The Corporate Finance Group regularly advises in relation to high profile international and local corporate finance transactions, including M & A activity in the trust company, fund management and banking sectors of the finance industry, as well as acquisitions and disposals, mergers and joint venture arrangements involving local trading companies or Jersey holding companies of international groups.
The successful candidate can look forward to a high quality of work and also great variety.
