An exciting opportunity has arisen within this well respected law firm
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Trust & Tax Solicitor based within there property and estates department. This organisation has multiple offices in key areas of the UK. You will work closely with senior members of the team in relation to the following-
· Development land sales and associated tax advice
· Drafting wills and advising on will disputes
· Inheritance tax and pre-owned assets tax planning
· Capital gains tax advice and mitigation
· Formation, administration and taxation of trusts
· Powers of attorney
