CORPORATE SOLICITOR - CAMBRIDGESHIRE

Exceptional regional team seeks exceptional Corporate Solicitor 1-4 years PQE to handle a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, fundraising and corporate governance. Acting for a variety of clients from early stage technology organisations to owner managed private companies to large national or international private sector clients. Working closely with lead partners who are nationally rated by both the Legal 500 and Chambers', will gain unparalleled support and knowledge from our team of Practice Support Lawyers, bank of know how and guidance from technical specialists. The successful candidate will ideally have an impressive academic background (although applications are welcomed from all levels of Solicitor) and experience in a medium/large City or regional firm supporting partners and other senior lawyers on some sizeable deals. Experience of private equity, fundraising and corporate governance would be useful. You will also enjoy the business development aspect of the role, where you will use networking opportunities to bring in new clients. Must be articulate, commercial, confident, intelligent and have strong technical skills, with fantastic client facing skills and an aptitude for business development
