PROJECTS (PPP/PFI) LAWYER - DEVON
Leading South West firm with London office has a vacancy for a Projects Lawyer 2 + PQE to join Devon team.
Projects Lawyer
Ideal candidate will have -
·· at least two years PQE advising public- and/or private-sector clients on PFI and major PPP projects
·· excellent communication skills
·· flexible and positive attitude
·· willingness to travel nationally
Mid-level projects lawyer - possibly with a construction, property or corporate finance background.
Working within dedicated projects team and acting for a range of high-profile public - and private-sector clients, with a varied PFI and PPP case load.
Key skills and experience will include:
·· an organised approach to complex, multi-party transactions
·· good drafting, negotiating and problem-solving skills
·· detailed knowledge of standard PFI documents and guidance and their application in one or more sectors
·· good time-management and prioritisation skills, especially an ability to meet deadlines
·· enthusiasm for working in a team, both with internal colleagues and other advisers
and generally a positive approach and attitude, with an ability to respond under pressure and adapt to a variety of situations.
