PROJECT FINANCE LAWYER - LONDON CITY
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Finance lawyer who has from 4 years + post qualification experience to join our London team. The Project Finance Team specialises in advising sponsors and financial institutions in the carrying out and financing of PPP/PFI and other major infrastructure projects both in the UK and internationally.
The Project Finance Team brings together a unique combination of experienced lawyers with complementary skills in banking, project and asset & infrastructure financing. They have been at the forefront of PPP/PFI since its inception and have a thorough understanding of the issues facing sponsors and lending institutions and we have extensive experience of managing the commercial interface between the public and private sectors. They are recognised as being one of the leading legal firms within the Projects Sector both in the UK and internationally.
They also advise on infrastructure development and financing projects, restructurings and privatisations.
The successful candidate will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach.
