The firm currently has vacancies at its London Head Office in their Banking and Finance department. The Banking and Finance group advises clients on financing transactions across many different sectors. The main areas of expertise are real estate finance, PFI/PPP projects finance, acquisition finance, asset-based lending and debt trading. The firm has multiple opportunities for Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their Banking and Finance department. You must have prior experience ideally 4+ years of working on transactions in a number of areas including real estate banking, acquisition finance, PFI/Project Finance and general corporate banking activities.
