FINANCIAL SERVICES LAWYER - LONDON CITY
Highly regarded commercial heavyweight currently seeks a Financial Services Lawyer
Applicants will be of mid-level PQE with experience on all aspects of financial services regulation (including issues such as the scope of FSA authorised activities, financial promotion issues, the FSA's authorisation process and ongoing compliance issues for financial institutions, insurers and banks) as well as knowledge of matters such as market abuse, controller issues, money laundering, consumer credit, payments regulation and processes, and conduct of business rules would be ideal.
The practice encompasses all aspects of financial services regulation. The practice forms a specialist sub-set of the firm's Corporate Department with dedicated practitioners.
The candidate will relish the opportunity to deal with cross-border financial services issues. Although additional languages are not necessary, a commitment to providing our client with a uniformly excellent service will be.

· Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for this relationship
