Worldclass international law firm with leading Corporate Real Estate team seeks Funds Associate 3 + PQE to join team. The team deal with:
Buying and selling high value real estate through SPV entities (corporate, partnerships and trusts)
M&A
Pan European investment structures
Offshore funds and advisory
Pooled investment vehicles
Complex development Joint ventures
Limited partnerships
Unit trusts
Tax driven structures
General Partnerships
Limited liability vehicles
Off balance sheet funding
The Person
Candidates should have a good quality corporate background and possess strong technical skills, commitment to business development/client relationship management and a personal desire to play a key role in the future growth of a dynamic and innovative practice.
Experience in working in corporate real estate is desirable but not a requirement.
The individual should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to ongoing technical development.
