CORPORATE FINANCE CMT LAWYER - LONDON CITY
Leading international legal practice offering a full business law service from offices across Europe, the Middle East and Asia currently has exciting opportunities in its Technology practice, which is one of the firm's core strengths. The firm is continuing to expand our capability in the Technology practice, which is an essential part of their growth strategy.
Specialisms include outsourcing, procurement, IP, corporate finance. The firm has major clients in the telecoms and pharmaceutical sectors, US/Silicon Valley and the emerging markets to name a few.
To support this growth they have recently recruited two new partners and now wish to support these hires and the existing team of partners with the appointment of up to four associates.
The Roles
Corporate Finance/M&A
· Senior Associate
· Associate
French language skills are desirable for these corporate associate roles.
The practice is truly international and therefore the firm are looking for associates with an international outlook and entrepreneurial skills with experience in the above areas.
Candidates at the senior levels should have business development skills and be able to help build the practice further.
