COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - LONDON 4 years+ qualified solicitor sought after to join a highly regarded Commercial department The role will involve undertaking a wide range of commercial and contractual based advisory work, including in respect of Trust matters, the developing social enterprise agenda, advice to charities and a range of governance, powers and procurement work. There will also be the opportunity to work with clients on a variety of project and corporate finance based schemes. Applicants must have good interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, commercially minded, highly organised and able to work effectively in teams. There are good opportunities for advancement within the group for able candidates, including the opportunity to get involved in practice development. Previous experience of the Healthcare industry is beneficial but not essential.
