ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR, PRIVATE EQUITY - LONDON Highly successful Private Equity team in London seek an experienced Solicitor of three years + PQE. The firm advises sponsors and investors on the formation, offering of interests in, and terms of equity partnerships. They are experienced with all types of private equity investment vehicles, including leveraged buyout funds, venture capital funds, special situations funds, and real estate funds. They draw upon extensive corporate, securities and M&A expertise to guide private equity funds and other private equity investors in investing in portfolio companies, as well as exiting from portfolio companies by way of sales, mergers, and IPOs. The private equity team is an interdisciplinary group that includes lawyers with specialised expertise in tax, ERISA, intellectual property and other legal disciplines. This position offers real responsibility and opportunity for progression will be offered to the right candidate, who will have trained/have experience in a top 20 City or well-regarded large regional practice.
