**CENTRAL LONDON**Financial Regulations Solicitor**RARE OPPORTUNITY**Dynamic In House Role circa £70k + Bonus

Our client is a consultancy company offering high quality consultancy services to UCITS funds industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Finance Solicitor ideally with experience in the Funds market.

The successful candidate should be an experienced funds professional and should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills, as well as possessing a strong knowledge of UCITS regulations and with a good profile with the industry.

The role will offer a varied workload dealing with:
·Development of relationships with industry bodies, regulators and key industry figures
·Providing commentary and analysis on industry issues and developments
·Providing promotional materials
·Tracking all funds regulatory developments in UK and internationally
·Management and maintenance of websites
·Delivering client training and presentations

Candidates ideally should have a level of expertise in one or more of the following areas:
·UCITS product development including derivatives usage,
·Fund accounting
·Transfer agency
·Investment compliance monitoring systems
·Fund distribution
·Treating Customers
·MiFID

Experience of delivering client training and presentations at industry seminars etc would be very valuable.

This will be a varied role and a rare opportunity, with general responsibility for the on-going delivery and further development of the consultancy business. As such this will include management of other staff, development and delivery of training courses, and the management and performance of a comprehensive range of consultancy services.

The successful candidate must be able to support and lead the continued development of the business.

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary and performance related bonus. There may also be an option for equity participation in the case of exceptional candidates.
