A leading full service law firm with four office, 79 partners and currently 791 employees who are currently seeking a banking solicitor to join the largest banking team in the eastern region.
The team is currently experiencing rapid expansion with demand for high quality work.
The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of banking, funding and security issues, support work with mergers and acquisitions. Marketing assistance with new clients and expected to develop and maintain relationships.
The successful candidate should have good academics 2.1 degree or equivalent with A levels. Experience in Corporate banking/finance, IT skills and interpersonal skill will also be required.
