This successful legal practice currently has an opening for a Corporate Finance Solicitor.
It is essential that all applicants have gained at least 4 years PQE.
Applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of Company and business acquisitions and disposals. Desirable: Management buy-out's, management buy-in's, BIMBO's financed with bank debt and/or private equity acting for the management team and/or the purchasing newco.
Experience of acting for private quity providers and/or banks supporting leveraged acquisitions. Tax issues arising on corporate acquisitions and disposals.
