My client, a fastest growing and top 100 UK law firm are looking to recruit a 2-3 years PQE Solicitor to join their reputable Banking & Finance Litigation team.

As a successful candidate you will be acting exclusively for mortgage lenders and banks in relation to their contentious matters. The ideal candidate will be tasked with handling defended and sensitive reputational cases based on Etridge style claims, breach of contract/mandate, fraud, arrears disputes, reputational claims, and professional negligence.

You MUST be a Solicitor with 2-3 years' banking and financial services litigation experience and ideally experienced in acting for banks and mortgage lenders in contentious matters and should be from a top 100 law firm, with contentious commercial experience.
