My client, a leading UK business law firm and one of the fastest growing are looking to recruit a 4 years PQE Financial Services Lawyer to join their Financial Services Team, who undertakes a wide spectrum of contentious and non-contentious work for clients of varying size within the Financial Services sector.
The successful candidate will be involved in FSA regulatory work including applications for authorisation, financial promotions, product distribution, Ombudsman cases and disciplinary hearings as well as some sector related commercial work including the provision of advice on the marketing of financial services products, data protection and the internet.
The successful candidate will have experience within the Financial Services arena (including a working knowledge of FSA rules) and be a confident self starter. In return there are clear opportunities for career development towards partnership and a true opportunity to develop this niche practice with the support of a team with a national reputation.
