This Legal 500 and Chambers rated Bristol practice is looking to develop its well-regarded financial litigation team. Our client is currently seeking an experienced commercial litigator ideally with financial services litigation experience to join their busy team, the firm act for individuals and also for businesses including financial advisers, stockbrokers, fund managers and the trustees of occupational pension schemes. You will be dealing with a wide range of work including compliance and regulatory disputes, insurance disputes, professional negligence, breach of contract and breach of trust claims plus lots more.
