Our client with 50 partners and six offices spread across the South, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Corporate Banking team based in Bristol.
This appointment will be an Associate appointment and therefore you should have a wealth of recent relevant experience dealing with Corporate Banking matters.
The role involves undertaking work for a range of lenders (including banks, building societies and housing associations) and borrowers (including public and private sector organisations). This work is primarily transaction based.
The successful candidate will handle all aspects of secured lending, including drafting and negotiation of facility letters, standard and bespoke security documents, ranking documents and loan notes. Monitor conditions precedent to lending (including where relevant financial assistance documentation) and attend to registration of security.
You will also undertake security reviews for lenders and advise on and undertake reorganisation of borrowings etc.
A suitable candidate will be organised, methodical in their approach and have great communication skills.
