The successful candidate will undertake transactional banking & finance work, based primarily in this firm's Bristol office deputising to the head of banking & finance in Bristol. You will also play a key role in the continued development of the firm's banking & finance practice.
Whilst supervision and support can be expected to be available as necessary, you will be expected to take responsibility for the banking and finance aspects of a transaction, liaising directly with fee-earners across the firm.
When acting for a bank, you may expect to find yourself on many transactions as the firm's lead fee-earner, with responsibility to manage the transaction through to a successful conclusion.
You will be expected to take an active part in business development activities.
