So, what will you be doing in this role? The department has a formidable reputation in a range of areas including property finance, acquisition finance and wind farms work amongst others. As a group they work for a whole host of finance providers including Household Name banks both nationally and overseas. The team also advise frequently on cross border and multi- jurisdictional facilities. Team working is absolutely key in this role and you'll relish the contact you have on projects working with lawyers within other practice areas including real estate, tax and construction amongst others. The team has a pro-active approach to new business acquisition and you'll find your work may involve reviewing bank standard forms as well as providing seminars and advisory "surgeries" for clients/prospective clients.
