This is an exciting time to be joining this expanding team handling defended and sensitive cases to include breach of contract/mandate, fraud, financial disputes and professional negligence cases on behalf of FTSE 100 companies. You will be having front line exposure to these cases, assisting partner and associates on larger matters, but being actively involved in business development activities too.
This firm is admired by its competitors and their list of recent awards within the industry are impressive.
Successful candidates will be from a top 100 firm with contentious experience, ideally with a working knowledge of land registry practice and procedure.
Our Client is seeking candidates from NQ up to 5 years pqe due to growth of the team.
