My client, an award-winning and one of the UK's fastest-growing law firms is looking to recruit a Banking & Asset Finance Solicitor/Associate to join the team.

 

As a successful candidate you will undertake transactional banking & finance work. You will also play a key role in the continued development of firms banking & finance practice.

Whilst supervision and support can be expected to be available as necessary, you will be expected to take responsibility for the banking and finance aspects of a transaction, liaising directly with fee-earners across the firm.

When acting for a bank, you may expect to find yourself on many transactions as the firm's lead fee-earner, with responsibility to manage the transaction through to a successful conclusion.

You will be expected to take an active part in business development activities.

You must have at least 5 years' banking and financial services litigation experience.
