Due to significant increases in property finance matters, you will provide my client with a dedicated property finance offering.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced property finance lawyer to develop their own niche department within this growing Birmingham practice. Presently property finance is handled by the commercial property partners, however with such large increases in instructions, the Partnership has decide to set up a dedicated property finance team. You will be the key appointment and you will have full support from the partnership.

My client is a mid-tier commercial practice with an exceptional reputation. My client will offer you a high quality caseload with an interesting and expanding client base. You will have full autonomy to shape and develop this niche practice area.
